30 Days to a Healthier Lifestyle

Happy Monday! I'm super excited to announce that I have decided to create a 30 day healthy lifestyle challenge!




30 Days to a Healthier Lifestyle Challenge :

Eliminating: Dairy, Gluten, Sugar, Alcohol, and Caffeine

There are exceptions. This isn't a cookie cutter plan. Together, we will figure out what works best for you.

During the 30 days, I will help you create a meal plan, provide recipes, and support and coach you throughout the whole journey.

If you choose to partake, you will also be added into a private Facebook group, where I will share information such as:

  • Lesser known foods that cause inflammation
  • The effect sugar has on our body
  • How to eat clean and reset cravings from processed and sugary food
  • Natural remedies for congestion/sinuses, anxiety/depression and chronic pain
